Awesome customer service! I brought my daughter’s iPad in for a small repair during unfortunate circumstances for this business. Due to a flood in the back they were packing up all of their stuff to move out for 6-8 weeks while the restoration company deals with it. All the tools were packed and they in fact weren’t even open BUT still took the time to fix her device. Thank you so much! Hopefully they are back up and running soon.

Always excellent service! I took my Nitro Laptop in when it started to not charge properly, he was very knowledgeable about the laptop and it's issues, even though it's a older model. He kept me updated on the progress and spent hours digging through his stock laptops just to find the part we needed! If me or my husband have any problems with our phones or computers, he's always the guy we call.
