Each member of the Repair Express team is an expert in their field. Whether it is re-engineering a component or simply replacing the glass of your iPad our staff are trained and educated. Each technician has a computer science background whether it is Computer Engineering or Computer Science, we know technology, and make sure that your device is properly looked after. All operations are supervised by accredited computer engineers or Apple Certified Macintosh Technicians.
Many cellphone repair companies will tell you that your device parts are all the same and come from the same factory in China. That could not be further from the truth. Repair Express has access to parts and suppliers that are not available to non-accredited businesses. Our suppliers provide us with the parts that are used on your device when you open the box. We do not use cheap aftermarket parts that are prone to breaking and malfunctioning, this is why we have a 12 month warranty, 3 year warranty, and even our Express Oops Extended Warranty which covers all work and parts for the lifetime of the device and even covers one accidental breakage within 12 months, and everyone else doesn’t. Be aware that unless you are leaving your device with an accredited company, you are likely to be using low-quality parts that are not up to the original manufacture’s standards.
Besides being fast, thorough, and educated in our work, Repair Express guarantees all of our parts and work for up to 12 months, 365 days. We are always more than willing to take a phone call with any questions or concerns from our valued customers. That’s why each device that is returned includes a thank-you note from our technician with their name and number so that you can call them if you have any problems with your device. All mobile device, laptop, and computer repairs at Repair Express are considered to be after manufacturers warranty, as it is unethical to perform repairs, even of the highest quality, and pretend the device is manufacture faulty, or to request AppleCare service with undisclosed damages.
Further more, all Apple device components are bar coded linked to the specific device serial number, which is of course registered and recorded by Apple during assembly. All devices with third party repairs will have mismatching barcodes, even if the repairs are done with “Apple Quality Parts” voiding the warranty of the device and making the device ineligible for future Apple Service.
